Bryan Habanas two tries vs the Waratahs
The debate regarding Bryan Habana rages on. Some say he's the quickest, best finisher in world rugby. Others say all he can do is run straight but doesn't have much skill. There's truth in both sides of the argument, but one thing for sure if that with a little space, and ball in hand he's absolutely lethal. There's not many who would ever out-run him. Brett Stapleton, Tonderai Chavanga, and Tom Varndell are supposedly quicker than him, but what have they achieved to date?
Morgan Turinui was picked at wing up against Habana in this match. Big mistake. He was made to look like a front rower. Then again, three of the other backline players were also shown up. Great tries and skill from Habana, even managing to score when the hefty Turinui tried to shoulder him out the way.

Also Ugo Monye for England. He was a sprinter turned to rugby. He has a personal best of 10.6 running in the english schools athletics final, oh yeah and he was 16!! yes 16! He says since then he's never been timed,i can't imagine what he could do now. but i don't think Habana could beat that 16 year olds time at his prime.
Also Ugo is bigger, stronger, more agressive, so if he stays clear of injury then he'll be the better winger.
Back Line Boy! June 07, 2009 5:20 pm

i would have habana and monye on each wing because they are both increadibly fast and amazing in defence
but for pace i would have chavanga and varndell or caucau but hes not playing at the moment.
we should start up a club or something too have all the speedsters in a race.
