Great tackle and he got on his feet and challenged for the ball forcing BOD to hold on and give away the penalty.

The most disturbing thing about this video is that Ian Balshaw has come on. No wonder the Lions lost, what a limp dick.

GREAT TACKLE AND THATS COMING FROM AN IRELAND FAN! why run it back into the forwards, to suck people in but for a back thats suicide

H, Nathan Grey isn't a forward mate...

i know that but he runs back to where the lineout takes place, so even if grey hadn't tackled him he's still running into trouble

Just noticed after watching this again that Nathan Grey is all over O'driscoll so he cant release the ball! aaaand correct me if im wrong (just something a ref pulled me up on!) but doesnt Grey have to release O'driscoll before he can try to rip the ball off him? (sounds odd, i complained about it to a ref and said i was on my feet and he said i had to release the player before i could the contest for the ball......)

I think there was a change in the laws sometime after RWC 2007. Of what I am sure is that nowadays, after tackling someone you have to release them, allowing them time to place the ball, besides being on your feet, to be able to contest for it.

Doesn't really make up for the previous test when BOD made Grey (and some others) look like a chump, running in from about 40 metres!

That's an awesome tackle but what I thinks more impresive is the O'Driscoll jumps back onto his feet! I've been hit like that a few times and boy does it hurt :)
