Friday Funnies - Top14 player imposter
This weeks Friday Funnies come to us from France, and the Top 14 match between Montpellier and Bourgoin from last year.
Funny man Gaillard from French website nimportequi.com gets himself kitted out in full gear, and runs onto the field after the teams run out, looking as if he's going to take the kick off. He even shakes the ref's hand.
The gag doesn't last too long though as soon the security catch onto it and chase him off the field, not before he manages to dive in for the try and complete the conversion though.
He gets busted by the security and peacefully escorted out the stadium but this classic moment is captured on video for all to see. That scrumhalf swagger when first taking to the field is legendary.
The quote on the end of the video says something along the lines of, "By doing anything you become anyone."

Thats a good one. Did anyone else see the similar incident at the presentation ceremony at the end of 2007 world cup??The guy who did it his name escapes me walked out in an England kit walked right upto the web Ellis trophy picked it up a few times and showed it to the crowd walked of and was smashed to the ground by 4-5 security gaurds.

That man is quite well known in France. Some years ago he went on the field of the French Football Cup Final with the winners outfit, he participated to the ceremony and shook the hand of the French president (Jacques Chirac at the time) who told him he played great on the field. Classic !

V. funny. The bit I love though is at the end, when he's being escorted off by security guards- they didn't get him the first time so they're trying to make up for it by marching him off with six guards!

I like the way the guards arent restraining him as they all walk away, they all seem to just be walking away, (seeming as if they are chatting about it)quite amazing to be honest just the way id have never thought of anything like that!!!V funny!!!!!
