Leicester Tigers reach the final after seeing off Bath
Tries by Sam Vesty, Dan Hipkiss, and Lewis Moody, as well as 12 points from the boot of Julien Dupuy, completed the fairly emphatic victory.
Fierce rivals all season, theyve met four times, with Leicester winning three of those.
Some felt that Bath would have the edge on this occasion, as Leicester came off that gruelling Heineken Cup Semi last weekend.
The Tigers are a quality outfit though, and will probably be favourites to lift the trophy come next weekend in their fifth consecutive Guinness Premiership final appearance.
Martin Corry announced his retirement in an emotional farewell which included a lap of honour for the former England captain. His side will no doubt be determined to send him off in style next weekend.

Vesty was originally a fly-half, but is quite versatile, and as is de-rigeur these days, inside centres can quite easily slot in at stand-off, and vice versa.

wasn't there a blue between harrison and borthwick in this game??? or does borthwick play for some one else?? can we get footage?? I love harrison he is always awesome fun to watch

Borthwick played for Bath until this season. He plays for Saracens now... the fool.

Tuilagi isn't injured, he was banned for a late tackle on Abendanon in the Heineken quarters. Shame too, but probably not for Bath...

not amazing by leicester its all about how leinster play with leinster and leicester at their best id go for leinster cuz the players they have but if leinster have even a bit of an off day leicester will whip them.

i hope they put vesty in at 10 for the argies he is the best we got at the moment the problem is they dont seem to like players who havent always been specialized in there posisitions

i agree vesty plays so well, bath is unfortunate to have lost butch james, i think that would have really put vesty to the test. has he been up against any international flyhalfs?

I'm happy with either Dupuy and Ellis. Ellis is a starting scrum half in his own right but his abrasive edge helps when we need to close out the game.
Vesty is not a top 10, but he really stands up when he fills in.
