Super 14 Pick of the Week - Round 11
There was plenty of quality on show once again, so instead of listing them all, well keep this short and touch on whats going to happen in the upcoming round.
The Bulls are back at home, as they were against the Lions, and theyve received the boost of Bakkies Botha returning to action. Theyll play a crucial match against the Sharks this weekend, who will be hoping to upset their fellow 2007 finalists.
The second placed Stormers, who went down to the in form Reds, will host the Crusaders in Cape Town in what will be a massive match for both sides as it could determine who makes the semis, and where they will be played.
The Reds will take on the Brumbies in Canberra fresh from a good win over the Stormers. Will Chambers scored a well taken try from a great Quade Cooper crosskick in round 11, so theyll take confidence from that win and look to move the ball, as they have all season.
That covers the top sides, but theres also the hopefuls that still stand a chance, with the Waratahs taking on the Highlanders, the Hurricanes facing the Chiefs, the Blues against the Cheetahs, and the Lions hosting the Force.
But for now you can check out the best tries from the previous round with the always entertaining, Pick of the Week. Remember that you can view all the previous rounds by clicking on the sidebar banner for that archived section. Great music, great tries, and a few skimpy cheerleaders too. Cant go wrong.
Please also not that if you'd like to sponsor a video post you should get in touch as the rates are more than reasonable and you'll get great exposure with an engaged rugby audience.

Hated that brumbies win. I mean, they kept trying through the whole match, but they were going nowhere, just had the luck someone made a mistake. Well, thats rugby.
Loved Mjekevu's try. Allways expected so much more of him.
Stormers vs Crusaders is going to be a real cracker of a game!!!

Learn the laws relating to forward passes.
Or just shut up and apreciate good tries.

And yeah Bryan Habana's try saver on Genia was just what Habana does. He always makes those tackles and it was a crucial one because it gave his team a bonus point to keep them in the top 2.

Last pass for the force was a mile forward, bad reffing.
Last comment... Good one numbnuts; The blues play better rugby than South African teams too... But you guys just kick, kick, kick!

except of course for all those times that they aren't. Like every team they have their good periods (like now) and then they slip for a while, and SA have had their low spots over the years. And you say you're not a SA fan but you believe they are always the better side even when they lose .. that sounds just like a typical SA fan to me.

is that why the bulls are the top try scoring team in the competition and the stormers are the best defensive team? Also, look whose coming 1st and 2nd on the log.

Love this site, but hate the assholes like paulo who ruin it...
- touchy! .. all I said was that SA are not always the best side, they do get beaten by other sides. Are you saying they never get beaten?
I also said they were strong right now. Are you saying they aren't?
If not then where do we disagree here, and how is a bit of reality ruining this great site?
You gotta wonder about some people on here.

It's because we have the best competition, the best coaches, the best development pathways and training regimes and so we produce the best players.
Defensivley and offensivley.
