Cardiff Blues' three great tries against Edinburgh
Flyhalf Dan Parks made an impressive debut for the Blues as he failed to miss a kick, adding to his lead as the Magners Leagues leading scorer, kicking 14 points while his new team notched up the bonus point win.
Early tries to Bradley Davies and Tom James gave them a great start, with both coming from superb handling and offloading before, or during contact.
Xavier Rush had a large part to play in James try as he chipped, chased, regathered then flicked out the back door, showing he still has all the natural ability hes shown at some time or another during his lengthy career.
Rhys Thomas also scored for the Blues, while Tim Visser scored twice for Edinburgh. Casey Laulala scored the final try for the home side though, getting on the end of another great passage of play.
Parks converted each try and kicked two penalties, as well as controlled things nicely. He earned the Man-of-the-match award. Here is a clip showing the three great tries the Blues scored.

Rush has been watching too much SH Rugby and obviously loved Matfields chip and chase the other week.
Who is the blues 15, he was bouncing tackles all over the place.

Way to insult someone else then follow up with something stupid.
Great tries. :)

Normally Ben Blair plays full-back for Cardiff though.

He's a good player though, good to see him scoring.
The video of Czekaj breaking his leg is on here somewhere. Not sure if anyone really wants to watch that again though :)

It is a good thing for Glasgow that he's gone as we now have two exciting stand off prospects Jackson and Weir and his departure is good for their development!

Czekaj is maturing into a very good player, might be a big season for him. He deserves some luck after that awful injury.

@ Grieffel, i also thought the Visser tries were actually pretty good, wouldn't have hurt to include the first one at least.
Any chance of a special video on DP? Maybe something charting his renaissance from being quite frankly a liability for Scotland to someone now almost ressembling god-like status (ok, a little exaggerated but but compared to what many used to think of him it's been a hell of a turnaround).

Great skills by Rush. At first, the chip kick looks uneccesary, but on the replay, it was handy -- the kick prevented the fullback from committing to the tackle and making a form tackle to stop him.
The great pass post-kick goes without saying.
