IRB Awards 2011 Highlights
Highlights from the IRB Awards 2011 evening after the RWC, with Thierry Dusautoir being awarded IRB Player of the year, the All Blacks team of the Year, and Graham Henry Coach of the Year. IRB Junior Player of the Year went to George Ford of England. Video is a 15 minute summary.
