Casual one-man lift for Cullen's try too... Awesome bit of team play

Love it. Hilarious how they've picked an Aussie try ahead of #2!

1:47 I think is the only time I've seen a dummy maul executed. Very effective, should probably be done more often...

#10 was good.

a) Hosea Gear vs Ireland (in the 60-0 match) was from an Irish set piece, at least :p

b) Israel Dagg vs Sharks at Twickenham was the definition of a training move played to perfection

Agree 100 on the Dagg try vs the Sharks at Twickers, one of the best team moves where the ball gets shifted and no one laid a finger on the ball carrier...
These Rugby HQ selections are good fun but am I the only one to think that their selections are slightly biased?

They are definitely biased towards the Australian Rugby being its an Aussie show, but as you said it's all in good fun!

I thought this would have been included, surprised it's not! (Dagg v. Wallabies 1st test 2012)

Outstanding work by McCaw. Great running line from the lineout.

Why outstanding? He never touched the ball or assisted an attacker in any way?

The try the Boks scored from a scrum to beat the All Black in New Zealand. Scored by Pieter Rossouw.

Perfect Move from base of scrum.

How about that try Argentina scored against New Zealand in this year's Rugby Championship? Has to be better than some of those...

And @DaRabman no it's not offside, it's open play.

Good call, I can't believe it was not the IRB try of the year.

I can't believe that England's great recent try's aren't in there

Would tuilagi crashing up the middle count as a set play?

The one I can remember from England that worked a great once was the inside pass to cueto coming off the blindside wing from 4/5 years ago. Problem is, they used it again and again even to the point where I think they got penalised for blocking after tv pundits cried foul

Not sure if a dummy off the scrum counts as a great set piece try.

browner April 28, 2013 9:43 am what !!!!

If Dawson played for Lions 1977 & then for England in the 2003 World Cup Final then i'd forgive Campese for his deliberate knock on in 1991 WCF !

The Welsh 14-man lineout from last autumn deserves a shout for sure. Still got much love for that - like something from before the professional era.

Oh, and does Carlos Spencer's through-the-legs flick to Rokocoko at the 2003 world cup count?

Certainly not as sexy as any of these, but Keith Wood's textbook wraparound lineout try against the Poms in 2001 is ecstasy to watch.
