Why you should always tackle low - Durham University College 7's

Here is a quick clip that was sent in by a friend of the guy on the receiving end of this brutal knock. It's took place at the Durham University College 7's Tournament, and is a good example of how to get a big hit completely wrong. Tackling low might have been a better option.

"Hey guys, got a great video of a friend receiving the biggest bosh of the 21st century and it would complete the cycle of his absolute humiliation if you guys could put it on here," said the email.

The teams are Grey College and The Mildert Fat Ducks, and as the email went on to explain, the man in question, Fred, apparently repeatedly told his buddies that they must always tackle low.
