That brutal 30 seconds of collisions between Wales and Ireland

With laws being constantly adapted to protect players, especially from head injuries, many fear rugby has softened in some ways. However, one would be hard pressed to find anything soft in this short clip from Wales and Ireland's Six Nations clash last weekend.

In just 30 seconds, we're treated to several bone-jarring hits from some of the biggest names in the game. George North in particular, was looking brilliant as he scored two tries on the night and ran through Rob Kearney at almost full tilt.

Sean O'Brien, Justin Tipuric, and Robbie Henshaw also delivered some serious blows.

As we look forward to England vs Ireland this weekend, we should certainly expect another very physical encounter. England have their sights set on history and Ireland will look to play spoiler once again.

Meanwhile Wales head to France, both teams playing for a possible second place overall.
