Bakkies Botha not too concerned about horrible fractured finger

This is a quick look at what happened to lock Bakkies Botha in last weekend's 32-23 Toulon victory over Racing Metro in the Top 14. Botha, renowned as one of the toughest men in world rugby, had to leave the field with a horribly fractured, and clearly bent, finger. He didn't look too bothered. MORE »

Rugby legend Brian O'Driscoll and World Number 1 golfer Rory McIlroy met up at the Abu Dhabi Golf Championship recently to take part in a quick challenge set up by HSBC. They competed against each other in a drop kicking challenge, then McIlroy upped the ante, bringing out an iron. MORE »

On his first return to Welford Road since leaving for France, the Italy prop gave an incredibly frank account of why he left last year. In a one-on-one training exercise, he produces some kind of reverse, wrong-footed grubber to kick the ball ahead, regather and dot it down for the score.
