Proof that Lima Sopoaga leaving is a massive loss to New Zealand rugby

Wasps already have a superb backline. What they need are quality forward. Oh and a coach.

Sergio Parisse 'rucking' technique will make the ball appear every time

I hope this was a "tongue in cheek" article.
Attacking player should not take the law into own hands by hitting another. Once one does this one risks any penalty being overturned. It would have been appropriate to let ref know the defending player did not roll away. The defender chose to tackle by ensuring his body laid over the attacker's body. This is taught all the time. Most refs don't catch it at our level thus ensuring defence can slow the ball down. I forget what happened after this scene. Was there a poenalty?

RUGBYDUMP WEEKLY: Coetzee's stroke of genius?

Look at the stats. Coetzee finally changed the style of play. For so long he decried the Lions style of play and said it would not work for Bok. His outdated style was not working and he was probably one game away from being unceremoniously 'dumped'. Against Aus the backs 11-15 ran 400 metres with ball. Compare this to all his other games. The weeks prior numbers 11-15 collectively ran from a low of 70 metres to 180. In short he finally wanted to play with his backs. I'm just afraid he will go back to his 10 man game again.

Rugby Tactics: Leicester Tigers Try Analysis

You're making things up as you go along. After throw in and bringing ball back to wing there were 7 Tigers and 5 Saints, not the other way around as you say. The try was a result of terrible defence tactics. 2 on 2 and a back versus a forward with that much space out wide was always going to end in heartache. This should have been an example of rubbish defence.

Conrad Smith dummies Ma'a Nonu to slice through and score first Top 14 try

If only commentators knew their rugby.
It was 3 on 2 and Nonu was taking his man. #17 was at fault for not covering inside, (and therefore C.Smith) quicker. You must have failth in your inside players when covering across.

Asaeli Tikoirotuma's huge hit on Tom Homer in the Premiership

That was all shoulder barge. I see no attempt to wrap. Islanders are known for this.

Rugby Tactics: Screened Passing Analysis

This is dummy runners. We were using them in RL in 80's. Who on earth is using the term screening? If one is actually screening then there is obstruction. Defender must be able to see the ball at all times. If ball is hidden behind one of your own players it must be obstruction. Once again NH rugby showing how inept they are at even the simplest of structures and Sarries move actually had the #12 through the gap, but as usual in NH rugby, they call a move and they have to do it no matter what. League has really developed the dummy runner structures so well, with very quick hands practically at the gain line. It is a wonder to watch. There is a very fine line between holding the defense and running into them causing obstruction.

Springboks intensity too much for World XV at wet Newlands

Or at least find a good highlights vid. I'm in US and I couldn't find a feed on any of the aggregators. Hey, rugby fans, if you are moderately wealthy please learn how to rebroadcast your tv feed to an aggregator such as cricfree and vipleague. Then the whole world can watch.
