Ireland win 2014 Six Nations after late France forward pass

Agree with that sentiment, Brian Moore said 'theres no arms so he can't even argue he was trying to join the ruck' and I'd add, or dive for the player potentially picking the ball up to tackle. I can see what he was doing OTHER than trying to headbutt the guy - and for what? Odd..

Then again I suppose France 'got lucky' with the try/knock on thing..

England notch up 50 in Rome but Championship fate out of their hands

Thought the interviews at the end to Chris Robshaw and Mike Brown were a little blunt and perhaps unnecessary. The same questions were posed to Stuart Lancaster, who I have to say comes across as one of the most down to earth coach around. The guy seems honest and really speaks it how it is without any bulls**t. After the Ireland game I think it was, he was asked whether he was relieved at the victory, he laughed and said 'yes!' - So many others in his position would come out with an elaborate 'well not really, we knew we were going to be in for a good chance....blab blab blab..' Not even an England fan but the guy seems like a perfect coach!

May having an average game could be classed as a compliment, I thought he was pants. Looked like Lancaster needed someone to wear that shirt and just threw it to the nearest guy who happened to be May...

Running across the pitch looking for space is what players did in the early years at school - Even then at least they eventually found a hole. May runs across and still gets squashed!

As Lucius said poor Italy, their 'fortress' was well and truly flooded. Thought they did very well to keep their heads screwed on and not to resort to fisty cuffs or tantrums though, which has to be a huge positive.

Farrell, matured or not? From one angle it really looked and sounded like a swinging arm around the scrum halfs neck, the other angle not so much. Really though, what the hell is he doing getting involved in that anyway? He is a play maker, shouldn't he be ready to lead the next England attack? Not getting involved in some BS tug of war with an Italian of half the size!!!

Ireland win 2014 Six Nations after late France forward pass

Going to miss BOD, his cheeky grin and his great playing! A champion for all rugby and definitely one for the hall of fame. Thought the score was spot on in terms of reflecting the game, very exciting stuff.

I actually thought Steve Walsh was fine...

It's common knowledge that the French team are by far the most consistent team at being completely inconsistent..

One week you'll have a team that would give the AB's a run for their money, the next you have a team which looks like they'd rather be eating crepes and drinking wine than getting beaten by potentially any U12 team that steps up to take them on.

England avenge Cardiff loss with convincing victory over Wales at Twickenham

He was pretty pants to be fair, watching him run across the pitch at one point was like looking some U13's match or something... ran across the bloody pitch and still got screwed over..

Not surprised Burrell was pissed at being subbed, could have left him on and brought Tuilagi onto the wing instead of May.

It might sound harsh, but when BOD leaves the green jersey, he just packs up and says, 'now is the time.' The build up to him leaving has been great but imo has not overshadowed the games themselves. The last think I want to see is another Shane Williams Wales thing, where he had about 100 last games - last game at home, last game away, last game in the 6n, last autumn international, last summer international, last last last game, ok this really IS the last game, ok we'll have a tribute last game now, ok now I'm actually truly finally going now game, just kidding game, ok now I'm done game, peace out game, ciao game...

Don't want to see the entire Ireland team running round with BOD or 13 on the back of their shirts...

I don't mean to take anything away from Williams or BOD, they're both fantastic players and deserve a huge amount of credit for their efforts, but BOD certainly gives me the impression he wants everyone to remain fully focussed on Ireland winning the 6N, and not turn the whole focus on him retiring.
