I had the impression that the problem was the pass to TD, which went slightly forward, not his knock on, which was fine since it came off his boot. So they were actually called for a forward pass, not a knock on IMHO. TBH i didn't hear what the ref or commentators said as I was watching it down at the pub, so it might be that Joubert gave a different explanation.
Funny though that the best thing Kurtley did was when Barnes played first receiver and Kurtley was shadowing a runner on the wing (as fullbacks do).
Don't think he's a test 10.. Hope someone else will be 10 against the Lions. Either Barnes (despite some of his problems), O'Connor (not really tested), or Leliafano (not tested at test level, though the best flyhalf in Australian super rugby last season)
Hmm personally never got annoyed by Jonathan Davies, always thought he did an alright job in the games I've heard him commentate. I got really annoyed at the commentator in this game though. Thought he was really biased towards Wales (not only cheering for them, but always criticizing the ref for just about every decision against Wales and saying how he was too lenient on the Aussies, like when he didnt card Palu for his beauty of a tackle). It also annoyed me when he was whinging about Sharpe taking the conversion.

Why the hell are they alreeady drawning the pools now, before every team actually qualified?????
Couldn't they have waited another year or two even? Then the groups would've also been fairer, since in 3 years time teams that are good now might be going through a bad phase and vice versa..
The only other coaches that even deserve a mention are probably Saint-Andre and maybe Lancaster.. Though is it really that much easier to keep a winning team winning than to get a "bad" team and make it better?
Hansen obviously did a fantastic job keeping the ABs focused and doing what they are doing best. Always hard on a coach if he takes over a good side and doesn't get credit for keeping it good (e.g. Barcelona coaches in football).

Well during the draw I was saying "don't pick Australia, don't pick Australia" about 50 times when the final group A slot was up, so I guess I jinxed it.
As everyone already pointed out, way too early to make predictions, but based on recent years I think Australia will probably be second, since they are unable to win more than 3 in a row. So I'm guessing Australia will beat either Wales or England and lose to the other nation, hopefully then coming in 2nd.
Should be interesting how Argentina and Samoa keep developing until it starts. Scotland and South Africa might face some trouble there, and not only because of the hard hits. Same goes for Argentina.
That depends, sometime it means "effective weeks" (e.g. Higginbotham got two effective weeks for his knee on McCaw but was actually banned for four weeks), and sometimes it means weeks (e.g. Etzebeth got two weeks for his headbut on Sharpe but only missed one game)..
I think it lies within the judiciary to determine whether it's effective weeks or just weeks.

I'm assuming that they can't stream to countries where it is being broadcasted by someone else (e.g. Fox Sports in Australia).
You can always find illegal live streams online though (although in crappy quality at times)
