Motu Matu'u massive hits and great sportsmanship against the Rebels

Theses tackles are dangerous and maybe the authorities should have a chat about how to ref them because both of these also seem perfectly legal to me.
When he rolled him it was clearly out of good intention, he put him in the "security position" for someone who has passed out, so he doesn't choke on his own tongue. Unfortunately as several pointed it out, it is dangerous for the player if there's a neck injury.
I think the players should be told how to react quickly in this sort of situations.

Alafoti Faosiliva's huge hit, charge, and try against Fiji in London

Sevens is incredibly hard physically, I think it's very impressive to see a few really big guys fit enough to compete in this sort of tournament.

Leinster hold out against Clermont to reach another Heineken Cup final

It's not google translate it's just a direct translation of french journalistic idiom.
("attentist" for example does not exist in english and is only used in sports in french)

Shaun Treeby scores for the Highlanders from Mike Delaney class

This one was clearly backwards.
Every pass at speed is actually going forward with respect to the pitch because the ball has the player's initial speed. So the pass is considered backwards if the speed of the ball is lower or equal than the speed of the player when he does the pass. Basic physics.
There was a good video explaining this on RD earlier this year.

Toulon host Castres for a big hitting 25-25 Top 14 draw

Castres' n8 is Chris Masoe, ex-all black and rib breaker!
Many thing to take out of this match: the hairdressers in Toulon should be harshly punished! On a rugby note, Toulon can do brilliant attacking rugby but they still look like a mercenary team.
Castres on the contrary doesn't have big names (except for Masoe) and has been playing quality rugby quite consistently theses past few seasons.
I love the way Marc Andreu (Castres n11) acts like he didn't touch the ball after that enormous knock on! Someone should tell him that dodging two opponents is cool but going forward is better.

Sam Vesty butchers try as Tom Varndell chases him down

Great tackle, he knew he was not going to catch him before the line but still went for it and successfully held him up, regardless of his own head getting "uncomfortable". Brilliant!

Shane Williams scores in extra time in farewell home game for Ospreys

What a brilliant player! He's one of the best wingers to ever have set foot on a rugby field. Always showing everybody that size does not matter when you put all your heart in it.
Every rugby fan should be heartbroken this fellow is leaving!

Best Tries of the Top 14 - Round 22

I agree with the order being wrong, I quite liked #6 from Lyon.
Huge power from Tulou and Gorgodze (as usual) and a typical Montpellier try!
