South Africa maintain home record with dramatic last ditch win over Wales

Why? Because he didn't illegally pull down the maul after an official warning and a yellow card for the same offence?

New Zealand snatch victory in the dying minutes after strong England showing

Indeed, a deserved card but what was wrong about the whole carding was that NZ committed two professional fouls earlier in the game; one that was pretty much exactly the same (perhaps even worse as it was closer) but were only penalised.

Craig Burden smashes Schalk Brits not once but twice in Heineken Cup Final

Always loved Burden. Pity he has been lost to SA but I don't think he would have made it in the test arena.

Always a pleasure watching him gas backline players.

UCT Ikeys win 2014 Varsity Cup final with unbelievable comeback

From the games I've watched I have liked how the 2 refs have worked but I obviously haven't watched all the games (I'm a UCT student). There seems to be much less of an error rate in referee decisions.

With regards to the clock: A saw a number of times when the ref called time off but the clock on the TV carried on.

UCT Ikeys win 2014 Varsity Cup final with unbelievable comeback

Depends what varsity. Most are good except perhaps Stellenbosch when they are losing. That can turn nasty, I watched them play in the final at home last year when they lost to Tuks (University of Pretoria) and all manner of things were thrown on the field. A few too many drunk students.

On the whole though Varsity rugby is pretty good with regards to crowd behavior etc.

The Springboks end satisfying year with victory over France in Paris

Louws try I feel should have been allowed. The French player only made contact with the ball and did not put any downward pressure on it (which is required for a successful grounding) while Louw did.

Sharks beat Western Province to win the 2013 Currie Cup Final

His name is Mathew Pearce and I'm not sure he is the only commentator that sounds excited; a certain Hugh Bladen comes to mind ;)

Sharks beat Western Province to win the 2013 Currie Cup Final

He is one of those players that can either win you a game or lose one. He is forever blowing hot and cold, not one for consistency and tends to have numerous 'brain farts' when he plays.
