Unique footwork sets up bizarre pushover try for Leicester's David Mele

quite a remembering the names of the players when you're a commentator

Ben Tameifuna cited for big shove on referee Glen Jackson

Jonah Lomu wreaking havoc against Australia in 1995

Good point, he never did score against Wales, but as you say there's not much to read into. Against both sides he was on the winning side more times than not (even though it was somewhat of a Golden Era for SA), he had his career cut short so there's no knowing what he might have done if he'd been in a position to play on.
Most teams set out to mark him with more than one tackler, a team like New Zealand can usually make the most of that sort of space.

Rene Ranger treats Henry Slade like a speed bump in Barbarians match

take out the maybe.
First off he didn't jump or launch, he did what he could after losing his footing which is essentially what every backrow, prop and second row does when carrying the ball. He barged and tryed to bump off the other player and cross the gain line, it's not dangerous play, it's Rugby.

Flyhalf killer Courtney Lawes adds Charlie Hodgson to his list in Premiership final

If there's anything I'd rather see when defending, for the life of me I can't think of it! (ok, the ball coming into my hands with clear pitch ahead of me, but that aside!)

Adriaan Strauss suspended for three weeks after tip tackle

not sure I agree, you can see his elbow raised well above his head so he is tipping the player. If he had simply lifted him and gone to ground it would have been a perfect dump tackle. Also the guy didn't go down on the flat of his back, he went down sideways on his shoulder and had to put his arm down to make sure he didn't hit the ground head first.

You risk injury by playing rugby, there's no need to add unnecessary risks on top of everything

Bryan Habana issues apology for taking a dive in Heineken Cup Final

In fairness he did come out and make an apology which is more than most would/have done. It's not the first time someone's tried to milk it on a rugby pitch, rare yes, unheard of unfortunately no. But it is the first time (at least for me) that an apology like this has been made.
He's had a long career and so for one instance of stupidity (for which he's apologised) I wouldn't go branding him..."officially" or not.

Great refereeing by the way
