Good point, he never did score against Wales, but as you say there's not much to read into. Against both sides he was on the winning side more times than not (even though it was somewhat of a Golden Era for SA), he had his career cut short so there's no knowing what he might have done if he'd been in a position to play on.
Most teams set out to mark him with more than one tackler, a team like New Zealand can usually make the most of that sort of space.
take out the maybe.
First off he didn't jump or launch, he did what he could after losing his footing which is essentially what every backrow, prop and second row does when carrying the ball. He barged and tryed to bump off the other player and cross the gain line, it's not dangerous play, it's Rugby.
If there's anything I'd rather see when defending, for the life of me I can't think of it! (ok, the ball coming into my hands with clear pitch ahead of me, but that aside!)
Sonny Bill Williams back in the ITM Cup for Counties Manukau
oh go on Stroudos, you wouldn't kick out of bed for eating crisps would you? :D
Fair play to Sonny on the questions and what the fuck was the anchorman thinking?
I think the whole sexist thing is getting out of hand, tell the guys (Uni team) to tone it down by all means, but banning them for a year??? Really?
