funny I think exactly the opposite.
don't like him but think it is accidental.

Yoann Huget's horrific looking face stamp against Bordeaux Begles

Not a big fan of Huget especially after his dive against Bath. And for that he should have been punished a lot heavier than he was. but not for this, this seems accidental, it looks like his foot was held and he tried to get loose, and accidently stamped on his opponent afterwards.

Kenyan Collins Injera celebrates milestone try by signing ball and camera

all that celebration fuss takes away the attention from an, actually, brilliant try.
it looks so simple but he creates that gap himself.
and he leaves two guys flat on their face grasping for his ankles.

Too little to judge, what i see is that he is faster and stroner than his opponents and runs to the sidelines.
I would like my 13 to run straighter and create space.

Belgian rugby club scores over 350 points in bizarre club fixture

I assume that they didn't miss those conversions but just realised that it would take longer to take the conversion than to run up and down to the 10m line for another try.
(remember at this level there is probably only one game ball and no ball boys)

I think Biarritz once did that in a Heineken cup game where they needed 14 (?) tries.

I just wonder why it took them 38 conversions to realize this.
