England beat Ireland in final World Cup warm-up game at Twickenam

Jonny May took his opportunities well, but he will not meet any markers in that group that will miss 5 of 6 tackles like Tommy Bowe did on the weekend.

Ireland edge impressive Scotland in tight RWC warmup match

But for the within range missed kick at end to put two scores required Madigan was my MOTM also. Kilcoyne also put his hand up. He is like a NZ prop, go forward n mobile that can still scrumage clever. Glad to see for Scotland that Denton is finally showing what he is capable of and im am liking their new offloading game.

Ali Williams controversially Sin Binned after colliding with Devin Toner in the air

He had transgressed repeatedly throughout the game and well earned Barnes attention. The yellow card was a much for repeated offences as it was for the no hope lunge for the ball in the air. Toulon were indeed very lucky not to have had him sin binned much earlier in the game for some very scenical play.

Test Rugby Results - November 22nd weekend

As an Irishman the result could not have been better and under Schmitt there is alway a plan to get the result. I have to say though, right from the olf against the Baa Baa's the Aussies have played the most entertaining brand of Rugby in these Autumn Internationals. Two unbelievable tries (even if one wasn't, it deserved to be). I will be following Ireland in the RWC, but should they exit, we'll I might turn Yellow.

Australia edge Wales in another agonising defeat for home fans

Close game. Might have been different without the sloppy intercept try. Wales have the talent, speed, bulk, with the exception of a decent 10 and tactics (Gatland). If the latter two were sorted prior to WC, I think they could be contender.

Ireland get their first ever win in Argentina in Resistencia

We are seeing a bit of the end of season European fatigue in this first performance from Ireland, that and a fair few younger players getting a run. I do think Schmitt will continue to experiment and give younger players some experience before World Cup, so result should be second to performance.. I do share the same concern as others about Luke Marshall. It almost seems like every match now.
I would really love to see Madigan given a run at 12. Even as an impact replacement. Very impressive in defense and attack in Rabo semi and final in that position.

Wallabies notch up 50 in runaway first Test win against France

The French super 14 is packed with mercenaries and it's all about the money. National players don't get chance to play at highest level and the national game is suffering as a result. In saying that Saint Andre, is clueless on tactics. The Aussies still haven't got a good scrum and if they stepped up at breakdown they could of denied ball to the talented Aussie backs far more ball.
