Tom Grabham's incredible foot control at the Glasgow Sevens

Awesome - I think saying it's lucky is probably a bit harsh because it's what he intended, although you very rarely see it come off!

I've seen Geordan Murphy do it a couple of times, magical stuff.

Quade Cooper returns after seven months off through injury

Can't believe it by Quade Cooper is now my role model.

Tore my ACL in the exact same way he did (i.e. 'got snipered') except for the fact I'm a crash ball centre, and my sidesteps are, well, interesting. Either way, managed to pop tear my ACL attempting a Quade Cooper in the last game of the season 6 weeks ago, now I'm going to miss most of next. Have a reconstruction next week.

But if Quade can come back from it and be bouncing off his knee like that, then that gives me a lot of hope. When you play amateur and you get a serious knee injury, you always think 'oh crap, is that it', but seeing guys recover and hit the same heights again is always an inspiration.

Sam Vesty butchers try as Tom Varndell chases him down

This is bizarre - Sam Vesty, one of the nicest blokes in rugby, celebrating?!
Tom Varndell, making a try saving tackle?

The world flipped upside down for a moment there. Superb by Varndell. If he could get more aggressive in both his tackling and his carrying, I'd love to see him challenge for an England spot again.

Calum Clark cited for bending Rob Hawkins' arm backwards

Firstly, superb name.

BUT I think you're wrong re:Wood. Wood is lying on a different part of Hawkins' body, whilst Clark uses his body weight as a pivot on Clark's elbow.

I accept the odd fight in a match. Even's Ashton's hair pulling was forgivable - it happened in the heat of a moment in a match. This however happened after the penalty had been given and was an attempt (whether reckless or with intent) to injure a player.

O2 Inside Line - Six Nations 2012, episode 3

Oh for an edit button. Please everyone ignore my 'won 7 out of 22' claim, it's a load of rubbish. Got the stat from a normally reliable source only to double check and find out it's not true!

O2 Inside Line - Six Nations 2012, episode 3

Some good laughs in this episode. Particularly rated Cole's bemused look and answer to 'what are you doing Coley?' - "I'm putting on a sock". Also Manu strikes me as a gentle giant off the pitch, as is the case with so many Samoan players - that said, I still wouldn't suggest that he likes the Spice Girls within swinging distance!

Although (as an Englishman) I have massive respect for this Welsh team, they've only won 7 of their last 22 matches. They've played some great rugby but been the brave loser in too many matches - and now they're favourites, that's a hell of a lot of pressure to be under.

Without doubt, if the Welsh hit their stride early on, they could dominate.

But if England can at least keep within striking distance of them with 25 minutes left to play, then a bit of doubt might start to creep in to Welsh mindset. That coupled with bringing on a pumped up Lawes, a fired-up Youngs (who I think/hope will make a huge impact of the bench, to make a statement) and the attack-minded Flood, could see a suprise victory.

Welsh favourites for sure, and derservedly so, but they'll need to be on their guard.

PS - Just seen that the Welsh have more caps in their numbers 1, 3 and 4 than England do in their entire starting team. Wow.

PS x 2 Also can't wait for Super XV - Saturday mornings are going to be AWESOME again!

Matt Giteau steps up as Toulon score late try against Stade Francais

It's a good point, a backrow of Croft/Wood, Armitage, and Morgan would not only be superbly balanced on paper but also look quite funny.

Exclusive interview with Richie McCaw, featuring Don't Drop The Egg

Yeah we're going through that pressure too, unbeaten all season, teams want to knock us off.

We've only played one game.

Still...unbeaten...so....

Love it!
