The Top 5 French Flair moments of All Time

That's right, Vladimir. Absolutely nobody amongst the French supporters or medias understands how PSA picks up his choices. He gives obscure reasons, sometimes blatant lies, he contradicts himself during the same interview, and everyone ends up scratching its head. Most French supporters hate him because of that. We would prefer he says the truth.
IMHO, for the 0.02 cents that's worth, he's still not satisfied with the players he has, he's dreaming of a team that he has not in the real world, and he will try every player available until the last moment. I believe his biggest fear is to go to the WC with injured players like Lievremont (the previous head coach) did because of a lack of choice amongst players able to win the WC (being an international player is not enough). The price to pay is no gellling of the players, bad performances and bad results while most of the individuals are brillant. So PSA wants a pool of 45 players to choose from next year. He never said it, but he said this year (after 3 years in charge) that he wants 3 players per position ready for the WC.
And guess what? Francois Trinh Duc, whom he refused to pick up for almost the last 3 years, is now in the international elite group that PSA selected for the season to come. What does this mean is a mystery. I only hope that FTD will be picked up for the WC as he improves greatly this year, both in his previous weaknesses, who said kicking game:o) and in his maturity.

Sorry for the mammoth post ;)

France snatch victory from England in Six Nations thriller in Paris

I was there too, the atmosphere was incredible, we (French) spent the last 5 min standing and screaming in a collective hysteria, i could barely speak afterwards, lol !
I think England play better overall, we got our annual little fight ;), and the win will do good for the French players minds after an horrible 2013.
On the other hand, too many missed tackles in the second half, and i hate when they kick the ball away, allowing a counter-attack.
I'm glad in a way that they made mistakes, that will prevent them from being complacent.
And you know, to us beating England is always something...i'm still on cloud 9, lol !

Great behaviour from the English fans who were singing while leaving the stadium and in the public transports (we did our part too).

The Springboks end satisfying year with victory over France in Paris

About the second try, the ref decided the ball was touched, not grounded, by the French player first.
The video ref was taking ages to make a decision.

The Springboks end satisfying year with victory over France in Paris

Get over it, babies, the fall of the french player was far more vertical.
And The ref was Alain Rolland, who sees red easily.
And would you see the Welsh team get so close to the All Blacks in the finale, lol !

Tevita Kuridrani receives five week suspension for dangerous tackle

I was surprised that Maestri (i think it's the one you're thinking about) got nothing, and then i realised most of his punches were in the air. Although i believe he should get a few weeks anyway, maybe his tears made the commission forgiving ?
