Irish hearts broken by All Blacks' last gasp converted try

As Will Greenwood said: It's like the 3 yard putt - no one misses twice.

Wing JP Pietersen's big tackle on Eighthman David Denton

You never see this kind of shocking brutality in synchronised swimming. Maybe a couple of you should give that a try for a while?

Wing JP Pietersen's big tackle on Eighthman David Denton

Is this Rugbydump or the Concerned Mom's Forum? I've never seen such indignant huff over absolutely nothing. He rubbed his face in the grass. Anybody who thinks this was anything more than playful gamesmanship needs to reconsider what they want from a contact sport. Seriously guys, if that's what you are...

Really? Bin him? The biggest threat to this game is the attitude of people like you. Luckily the tackled player didn't seem to share your delicate approach to rugby.

Willie Le Roux stars as the Springboks beat Scotland at Murrayfield

Jim Hamilton thinks because some commentators insist on adding a "Big" before his name, he has to repay them by proving how tough he is. Has he always been a dirty player, or is this a new thing?

Two players red carded in Georgia vs Canada mass brawl

The Georgians need a long break from international rugby. They need to think about whether they want to play the same game as everyone else, or whether they want to start a brawl in every game at the slightest provocation. Because it seems they're mostly there for the fight.

The Springboks outmuscle Wales at the Millennium Stadium

Ha ha, I'm sorry we disappoint you as a nation. I'll have a word. We'll do better.

But while you're here, care to point out where Skinstadt and Pearce called for props to be sent off?

The Springboks outmuscle Wales at the Millennium Stadium

The Jean de Villiers try was outstanding. It had it all: pace (Habana), power (du Plessis) and skills (de Villiers).

Second half fizzled out a bit, but it was still a great game of rugby to watch. Feel bad for Jonathan Davies - he was in top form until he got injured.

Pity that part of the game was ruined by Roland sending off two props (one of whom had only been on the field for a minute). Even worse was the whingey commentator repeatedly calling for this. People pay to watch, amongst other things, a scrummaging contest. And this was a great one which Wales were actually winning. He could have just stationed a touch judge on the far side for a good idea of who was binding, collapsing, hinging etc. Hope he got a bollocking afterwards.
