This rather brutal clip comes from Chile and a match that ended rather badly for a young player who now has the special honour of being one of only a few players to have been knocked out by a rugby ball.
While most players will have taken a shot to the face or nose on occasion, sometimes resulting in amusing falcons, this one was a bit more serious.
Vicente Manzur Rabajille of Old Boys Club was standing just a few meters away when the Old Macks Club restarted from a well-struck 22-meter drop out that his face should not have got in the way of.

The direct blow knocked him out cold instantly. Thankfully, medics were on hand to attend to him and we’ve since been assured by the man himself that he is now okay, and has lived to tell the tale.
