'He lied to my face' - Andy Goode weighs in on the Sam Burgess comments about Mike Ford

Former England back Andy Goode has not held back on the latest episode of The Rugby Pod, sharing his thoughts in no uncertain terms on Mike Ford. This follows recent comments from Sam Burgess about the coaches behaviour during the 2015 Rugby World Cup.

Burgess said he told Ford to his face that he was a bit of a snake, after he repeatedly defamed Burgess in the media during the 2015 tournament, when England were knocked out in the pool stages at home.

Burgess was considered by many to be a scapegoat for their performances, while he maintains that egos and hidden agendas were one of the actual reasons.
