It’s finally here, the squad announcement that all England fans have been waiting for.

Steve Borthwick has announced the final 33-man England World Cup squad heading to France. There are plenty of surprising omissions and some surprising inclusions that will thrill fans of their respective clubs.

Steve Borthwick has given us plenty of red herrings since his arrival at the end of last year, with a whole host of new players being included in the various squads and old names returning to the fold.
