The time little Christian Wade knocked England star Jonny May out cold

Back in 2018 when Christian Wade was still playing rugby union he shocked a packed Welford Road by knocking out England star Jonny May on the wing.

The small 5ft7” winger carried the ball down the touchline and bumped Leicester’s May out of the way and carried on going down the wide channel.

May got his technique wrong to make the tackle on Wade, resulting in a blow to the head leaving him out cold on the floor.

Although it looked nasty May went on to make a full recovery and the 30-year-old has gone on to make more than 50 caps for England.
