Toulouse fly half Zack Holmes received a red card from referee Luke Pearce for a high tackle in the Champions Cup quarter final against Racing 92.
After TMO review, Holmes was deemed to have tackled Racing winger Juan Imhoff around the throat which resulted in the 28-year-old being sent off in the 23rd minute.
Despite being reduced to 14 men for three quarters of the game, Toulouse went on to beat Racing in Paris 21-22 and they will now face Leinster in the semi finals.
Following the red card decision, Imhoff and Holmes shook hands. Toulouse are currently leading the Top 14 table while Racing are sitting fourth.
