Ellis Genge - Baby Rhino

Starting off in Bristol, he played for the local club, Old Redcliffians, before moving on to Hartpury College and being scouted by the Bristol Rugby Academy. Genge’s professional career began in 2013 when he progressed to the full ranks of Bristol Rugby. During his time at Bristol, he played a crucial role in their promotion to the Premiership in the 2015-2016 season. His performances soon caught the attention of Leicester Tigers, and in 2016, Genge made the move to the renowned English club. At Leicester, he continued to thrive, becoming an integral part of their forward pack and consistently impressing with his physicality and work rate.

Ellis Genge’s exceptional club form did not go unnoticed by the England selectors. In 2016, he earned his first international call-up, making his debut against Wales in the Six Nations Championship.
