Rugby player adds his own twist to the Bottle Cap Challenge

Over the past few weeks, the Bottle Cap Challenge has become a viral trend on social media, where celebrities kick the cap off a bottle.

Initially starting with martial artists, the videos have been shared by sports stars as well as those from Hollywood, with Conor McGregor and Jason Statham also getting in on the fun.

Now, USA Sevens player Cody Melphy has joined the trend, but put a rugby spin to it.
