The School of Hard Knocks is nearing its conclusion as the group of troubled youths from North Wales go about finding their way around the rugby pitch, and everything that goes with it.
In this episode the boys get to go on an awesome assault course which proves a great experience for all, despite one player clearly having a bad hangover.
Theyre then let down as a group though as drinking before training takes its toll, resulting in an arduous fitness session, and punishment for one of the culprits.
One of the more unpopular characters, Ben, returns after his injury and joins the side as theyre taken to play a training match against a Liverpool university side.
Its the boys first match as a unit and taking all into account, they perform admirably, even if they did require the services of one of two former Lions players.
