Brumbies and Wallabies secondrow Nick Frost has become a key figure for Australian Rugby over the past three seasons.
The 6’9” 23-year-old is a hybrid between the uncompromising enforcer-style locks of yesteryear and the dynamic ball-playing forwards of today.
Having made his Brumbies debut in 2020, Frost has become one of their undroppable stars and a key member of their team that is currently sitting second in Super Rugby.
Showing his full array of skills today in the Brumbies’ narrow 32 – 27 loss in Wellington to the Hurricanes. Frost was front and centre in terms of keeping the Australian side in the fixture.
One moment, in particular, stands out as he picked off the Canes before sprinting 80m for an all-time great forwards try!
Certainly, he will be hoping moments like this catch the eye of incoming Wallabies boss Eddie Jones.
How about the legs on the big fella! 😱
Nick Frost snags a double! ✌️
