WATCH: Super Rugby Aotearoa's awesome top 10 tries montage

Sky Sport NZ has put together the top 10 tries from the inaugural Super Rugby Aotearoa tournament which took place throughout lockdown.

The 10-week competition between the five New Zealand Super Rugby sides created some awesome pieces of play and ridiculous tries in front of packed out stadiums right across the country.

The Crusaders came out on top having won six of their seven games and overall the competition was a resounding success given the unprecedented circumstances caused by Covid-19.

The 10 tries come from some of New Zealand’s biggest rising stars including Will Jordan and Caleb Clarke as well as established All Blacks such as Ngani Laumape making it a must-see top 10.
