A brutal new montage has been compiled showcasing the worst and most illegal aerial collisions in professional rugby.

The nine-minute video features some of the game’s highest profile players simply getting it horribly wrong while trying to regain possession in the air.

Iconic moments such as Ronan O’Gara’s up-and-under on the 2009 Lions tour and CJ Stander’s red card against the Springboks in 2016 both feature in the compilation, which is sure to have fans grimacing at some of the huge collisions.
