Ben Funnell's slamming tackle on Daniel Hawkins in the ITM Cup

Canterbury’s Ben Funnell made this huge tackle on Northland’s Daniel Hawkins in the ITM Cup a few week’s back. We didn’t get it posted at the time so rather than ignore it or feature it on the homepage now, it’s being added to the Big Hits archive for future browsing and posterity.

The tackle was legal enough, but the way Hawkins landed on his back in a WWE style motion made his legs flick up and it resulted in quite an uncomfortable ride.

Great to watch from the comfort of your living room chair though.
